Description
This is the Certified Copy of the Marriage License Application you signed at the Marriage Bureau. This is the only document with your signatures on it. This document alone will not serve as proof of marriage but it may be required by some agencies along with the Certified Marriage Certificate.
If you live in or plan to live in another country, you will need the Apostille Document. The following countries will also require this Affidavit of the Marriage License along with the Apostille: Brazil, Italy, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany. Be sure to add that to your cart as well for use in these countries.
